Should your trip be cancelled the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your reservations will be confirmed once payment is received. Remaining balance will be paid via cash or check on the first day of service.
*If you return home early from a trip, as of October 2025, we will no longer be offering partial credits.This decision ensures that we can continue to reserve time exclusively for your pet’s care. When a booking is made, we commit to those dates and often turn away other clients to guarantee availability.Early cancellations or changes can leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled on short notice.
